The Fifine H8

The H8 from Fifine is a great budget set of monitor headphones! They may not come with all the bells and whistles but with the price that they come in it’s an amazing deal! I'm happy with the sound quality but it does seem a little on the flat end while you're listening to the audio with these cute little smiling headphones. They come with with two different cords one is 3.5mm to 3.5mm and the other is 3.5mm to 6.35mm. The 6.35mm jack is more for connecting the H8 directly to a mixer or a sound interface.
The Good And The Bad

Like always let's start with the issues I've found with the H8. I don't like the ear cups they feel a little too small and they get uncomfortable very quickly at least for my ears. The frame is all plastic but in all honesty it still feels very solid. The sound quality is a bit on the neutral side and the BASS doesn't hit very hard but I think that it was built for that because they are at the end of the day monitor headphones.
Now to the features I really like about the H8 and one of those is the tension of the headphones so they don't feel like they are going anywhere once I put them on. The two different cords that came with it really make it compatible with whatever situation you need them for. Then there is the price, you can't beat that price for what you get!
The Form

The H8 Feels great on my head with just the right amount of tension on the headband so that it doesn't feel like it's going to fall off or even move. The headband has a comfy cushion and I never feel any irritation from the H8. The ear cushions that the H8 comes with are ok and help with a little bit of isolation, but I do have a complaint about the ear cushions and how small they are. I just wish they would give you a little more space because I feel like my ears are a little squished inside of them, which makes them uncomfortable after a time. The frame itself is all plastic but it does feel rather solid. The left and right sides are adjustable to fit your head as well.
Sound Quality

The sound you get with these headphones is great for the value. I feel like you get way more than you pay for in the realm of sound with these headphones. Now to be honest I don't think it's the most amazing sound but everything sounds pretty good. The H8 has a 50mm Dynamic Driver which makes the sounds come out crisp but a little on the flat side. I do however notice a little bit of distortion at the highest sound levels. The bass level is a little on the low side on the H8 but to be fair these are monitoring headphones and they are built to be on the more neutral side to begin with.
My Experience With The H8

I've had a great time using the H8 even with the negatives that I found to be honest. They are comfortable for me for the most part I do however get a little uncomfortable around the ear after a while because of the ear cup size. I was pleasantly surprised about the sound quality that came out of these headphones for the value. I also love how snug it feels on my head and yet still lets me uncover one ear while using them without issue. I just feel much more comfortable using headphones in that way I don't know why I guess it's my preference. Though not as good as some of my more expensive headphones, but considering the price the H8 is a great option!
Do I Recommend Them?

If you are looking for a great budget-friendly set of monitor headphones then you can't go wrong with the Fifine H8. As long as you can get over the negatives that come along with this system then I think that it'll be an awesome set of headphones for you! With good sound quality and a comfortable feel as long as you have ears on the smaller side, I really did enjoy using the H8, and considering the price you definitely get more in quality than you pay for!
